UPLOADING YOUR IMAGE:
After “checkout” you will be required to upload your desired digital image from your computer files to create your Portrait. You will also be required to provide your name and Order number at top of page. The Order number will be provided on your email receipt after checkout(print out copy before proceeding to upload page). If you are knowledgeable in “renaming” a file before sending it, it would be advisable to change the name of the digital image to include your name for purposes of clarity, but it is not mandatory. If you are ordering more than one Portrait, indicate which file is to be used for each size in the instruction/comments box. Before uploading your image(s) you must confirm that copyright to all photo(s) submitted are either owned by you or that you have legal permission by the owner of the copyright to the photo(s) for their reproduction.
If you do not have a digital photograph that you can download with your order, you can simply send it to us under separate cover to: TogetherForever Portraits, 129 N.W. 13th St., Boca Raton, Florida, 33432. Make sure to include a copy of your paid receipt and order, along with the photograph, to insure that it coincides with our records . Your original photo will be returned with your Portrait.
If you would rather pay by personal check, you may do so by mailing in your order along with the check made out to TogetherForever, LLC. , 129 N.W. 13th St., Ste. D27, Boca Raton, Florida, 33432 and the photograph to be used. Processing of order will commence upon clearing of funds.
PHOTOGRAPHIC QUALITY:
At TogetherForever, we take pride in the quality of our Portraits, and it all starts with a high quality photograph. It is important that you send us a photograph that is of high resolution and clarity, and large enough facial imaging to insure the best results. (example: 4” x 6” or 5” x 7”)
SHIPPING POLICY:
All shipments are sent via UPS ground at one low price. Shipments are usually received within two to three weeks from time order is placed.
REFUND POLICY:
TogetherForever is committed to delivering quality products and your satisfaction is 100% GUARANTEED! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 72 HOURS of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded. To return your item(s) please pack them in the original box and include a copy of your completed Order Form or receipt. Be sure to specify the reason for the return, and what action you would like us to take: Free Replacement or Refund. We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable method. Returns must be accompanied by original Certificate of Authenticity.
PRIVACY POLICY:
At TogetherForever, your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We do not share your information with any third party, and no credit card information is stored in our database.
